I've been working with children of all ages since I was 14. I started working with beacon and continued on through out the years. I always had a passion for working with children i love to see them grow as time goes on. For example I had been working for Roads to Success an after school program in the Manhattan school of children on the Lower West side I'm assigned to kindergarten kids as their group leader which has been an amazing experience I've seen them change in so many ways and always seen how everyday they are so excited to learn something new in school and then showing me. With this new experience i feel as if I have gained much more patiences and a new understanding on how to handle different children and their needs.
