My name is Julia Gagliardi and I am a junior at Fordham University. I am an Urban Studied and English double major on the 5-year track for my Masters in Education or Non-Profit Leadership in Social Work.I am a volunteer tutor and mentor at Rosedale Achievement Center once a week, where I am matched with a female student between the ages of eight and eighteen for an entire semester. I also am an educator at Peer Health Exchange to lead workshops in mental and physical health at local Bronx high schools. During the summer, I am a counselor at Sacred Heart Performing Arts Camp. I work under the Art Director and manage a group of 30 campers between the ages of three to twelve. I am CPR certified and have babysat for three families on my block consistently throughout high school.
