I am a recent college graduate who is passionate about child development and the youth experience as a whole. As my childhood as recently come to an end, I have made it my goal to be a positive actor and role model in the children's lives of whom I am a part of. Youth is a very precious experience and I have become well versed in what it means to delicately and exceptionally nourish the lives of children. I have been babysitting for nine years, since I was 12. I have done everything from take care of kids for the evening while parents are away, to take kids to doctors appointments in the morning, and everything in between. There, I took care of many different kinds of children and I have become well versed in tending to children with a span of different needs and abilities. I have spent time taking care of children from ages three to 13. During my time at Frost Valley I have received First Aid medical training. Throughout my babysitting experiences I have become an expert on cooking kids dinner, helping with homework, playing games, and most of all caring for children and meeting their many needs. Babysitting is about making sure that kids are safe and cared for, however it is also about more than that. It is about engaging children.
