Hello! My name is Ariel Smartt. I am a former infant lead teacher at a child care center named Bright Horizons. My experience in child care comes from working with children 3 weeks to 12 years old over the past 8+ years. These experiences have giving me the opportunity to understand the growth, mental, and physical development of children. As well as implement appropriate curriculum based activities, and the ability to assess each child’s individual skills, interest, and needs. My passion for being a caregiver/teacher is simply because there is never a dull moment with children; every day is a new day.
