Hi! My name is Julia. I grew up in Manhattan, went to Bennington College in Vermont, and now live in Brooklyn. I work in theater (not so much these days, but will be again soon), but have made most of my income sitting and nannying over the years. I am crazy about kids. They continue to be some of the most inspiring people I meet. I have a particular affinity for 3 to 6-year-olds, but have sat for kids of virtually all ages and honestly love 'em all. I babysat in the city all through middle school and high school, whenever I was home from college, and continually since then - so I know the city extremely well. I love taking kids to museums and parks but am also pretty great at keeping them entertained at home. We looooooove Julia. First and foremost, she is amazing with our daughter! She's constantly actively interacting with her and intuitively meets her needs, she's one and can't talk yet. Her soothing manner is comforting to both my daughter and I and puts everyone at ease :) She's always on time and has a wonderful attitude, she's very intelligent and offers up great conversation.
