My name is Siena and I am a recent graduate from New York University. I have always gravitated toward working with children and the joy that they can bring into our lives. I would absolutely love to care for your child. I've worked extensively with children ages 1 to 14 years in both care-taking and educational settings. For the past 5 years, I have babysat and nannied for children ages 1-12 in many settings and situations. For the past 3 years, I have worked in a kindergarten and 3rd grade classrooms in NYC. I have worked for and run summer camps and classes for theatre, music, and dance for children of all ages. For the past year, I tutored students online from kindergarten to 10th grade. I come from a close knit family of teachers and early childhood educators where I grew up understanding how important a nurturing environment is Read more and how to provide one to children. I most recently graduated top of my class from New York University where I studied theatre, education, and childhood mental health. I am a reliable, responsible, and communicative caretaker. Safety and joy are always my number one priorities. I love coming up with new games and activities to keep children engaged, curious, and happy. Play is incredibly important! I believe it is necessary to make all boundaries clear and easy to follow, so that your child can feel supported in their ability to learn, grow, and explore!
