I became a child caregiver at the age of 15 in Carroll Gardens. I started working with a family that needed care for their 2 year old twins and a newborn. I was with that family for consistently 4 years and then on and off with occasional sitting. The family referred me to the neighborhood and I became the neighborhood nanny and babysitter. With keeping my occasional sitting with many families I found a family I stayed with for 7 years. Although they are pretty grown now, we are family and stay in touch. I have a full time 9-5 now but I am looking for some extra work (early morning or evenings). I am big on teaching, inspiring, nurturing and seeing your child grow in life. I have a bachelors in Communications and a minor in Child Psych. I have Master credits in Early Childhood Education/Special Education and I Read more taught for 2 1/2 years in BK Heights.
