Hi! I'm Alexis. I have over 15 years experience working with children. My experience ranges from working as a nanny for a newborn; babysitting for families with 3 or more children; working as a classroom assistant and supervisor in a daycare, classroom teacher, camp counselor; to being a mother. I love going out to the park, doing arts and crafts, singing, dancing, reading (the library is a huge asset), riding bikes, swimming, etc. Learning and fun go hand in hand; and learning is life long, lessons being found in everyday experiences. Through my years of working with children I have learned how to listen to a child's 'voice' and still be able to teach and keep structure.
