Hello all! My name is Skylar Small. I am a motivated and hardworking high school senior and I will be attending Loyola University New Orleans in the fall with a major of political science. When I was fourteen, I started babysitting for families in my neighborhood and loved every moment of it. I was usually babysitting for young children under the age of two. In the summers, I am a camp counselor at an all girls sleep away camp in Massachusetts. There, I am responsible for eight girls, ages nine to thirteen. From waking up each morning to reading bedtime stories before bed, myself and a co counselor were responsible for each camper every day. I am CPR AED, concussion and lifeguard certified, and I am qualified to work in emergency situations with adults as well as children. I am a vegetarian and always support healthy living and smart choices!
