Fully vaccinated, resourceful and energetic child care professional with 5+ years of child care experience and a nurturing spirit. During undergrad I was a lead caretaker at an immersive Spanish daycare that introduced children to a second language. I was responsible for 6-8 children at a time between the ages of 6months to 4years old. This amplified my skills as an excellent multitasker and highly attentive caretaker that works well under stress. I transitioned from my daycare role shortly after graduating from the University of California Davis with a bachelors in Psychology and an emphasis in sociocultural and cognitive child development I worked at a group home for at risk youth between the ages of 11-16 years old which made me utilize my patience and knowledge in therapeutic behavioral services. Furthermore, my experience as a Nanny and Tutor abroad have taught me to navigate new environments with ease and comfort. Read more As a child care provider, I hope to incorporate a second language and a variety of educational activities to stimulate physical, social, and cognitive development. Ultimately, I would like to connect with a family who shares my values of creativity, diversity, cultural sensitivity, and patience.
