Hello! My name is Hawo, I'm 23 years old and I'm interested in your job posting. A little about myself, I moved here from the midwest 2 years ago for school. I'm studying Political Science and graduate Fall 2022. I'm fluent in English & Somali & in the process of learning French as well. I'm passionate about linguistics which is a big reason I love working with young children because it gives me the chance to encourage their language skills and speech development. I tutored throughout highschool and nannied for 4 years. I have experience with special needs from my time working at a group home providing assistance to adults & teens with developmental disabilities. Since 2018 I have provided childcare for families with babies as young as 6 months to 3 yrs old. My rate is 27/hr +5 per child.
