I've been a camp counselor for 2 summers straight and I love the bond that I have grown with some of the kids overtime! I also have a younger sibling who I also spent time babysitting as well because of our major age difference. I believe it is important to have a special bond with the child I am babysitting so then it won't feel like additional stress, I would be doing what I like in a space where me and the child are both comfortable!
