Alex is one our kids' favorite people in the entire world! She's an incredibly positive, grounded and thoughtful person with excellent judgment and extraordinary instincts for fostering creative play. In the two years since she first cared for our kiddos, we've been privileged to know that if she's with them, they're in great hands. She has exceptional communication skills and great instincts for making decisions as plans evolve, as they so often do with young kids, and it's clear that with her, our kids feel safe, loved, supported, free to be totally themselves and encouraged to explore new things and learn through play. Alex is also great at maintaining the consistent routines and setting clear boundaries that set everyone up for success, and she's also, perhaps most importantly, a delight to be around and a wonderful role model for our kids to look up to.
