Alliah is the best caregiver we have ever worked with! I needed to be in NYC for work for a few days, and both my kids (11 and 12) who hadn't been there since they were babies, travelled with me. Alliah spent two full days with them and took the time to suggest and plan fun things for them to do. The first day was spent chaperoning them to sites and activities like ice-skating in Central Park. The second day, she had to supervise them at my work event and also took them to the Chelsea Market. My kids immediately felt comfortable with her, and after day one she felt like family! They could not stop raving about the great time they had with her, but on top of that, because she has lived in NY her whole life, she was the perfect person to take care of them in the city and had lots of tips for them! I felt totally safe and comfortable with her taking them on the subway and showing them around. She even made sure I knew where I was going too :-) I would highly recommend Alliah if you are ever in NY and need a caregiver for your kids, and am happy to give a verbal reference any time if needed.

Alliah was so great! We have 5 kids and we were there with friends so there were a lot of kids and a lot of shuffling around and fluid plans and she went with the flow with ease. She arrived on time and the kids loved her! She brought coloring sheets and crayons for them because we didn’t have a lot in the room since we had been traveling. Will recommend her to friends visiting and hire her again!

Alliah was wonderful. We only worked with her for one night while visiting NYC but would call her back again anytime. She was flexible, right on time, and immediately so sweet and engaged with our 21 month old son. She was responsive and gave us updates throughout the night. She has a lot of amazing experience and it put us at ease right away.

Alliah is a warm, fun, engaging person who truly loves kids and clearly is meant to work with them, and effortlessly connected with both of our kids from the moment she arrived for her first babysitting job with us. Our son, in particular, has autism and is usually quite shy around people he doesn't know, but immediately felt at ease with her - which is really quite rare for him. Our 1.5-year-old daughter also gravitated toward her right away. Along with that natural ease, she has a lot of professional experience working with kids, including special-needs kids, so she is even able to handle diaper changes for our 4-year-old without batting an eye - and is also totally adept at babysitting our two kids together, which can be challenging for most! More than that, she really has fun with them and enjoys being with them, and they love her right back. Needless to say, we are totally at ease leaving our kids in her care, and we highly recommend her.

Alliah is currently working for me and she is kind , caring and considerate! A true gem!
