Hello! My name is Faith, and I bring over 5 years of childcare experience working with children ages 1–9. Growing up in a military family gave me the opportunity to support military spouses and single parents while their loved ones were deployed, and it instilled in me a strong sense of service, flexibility, and responsibility. I have taught in children’s Sunday School for 3 years in both Spain and North Carolina, worked as a full-time nanny in Virginia for a year, and I am currently a first-grade teacher at a charter school here in the city. I recently graduated with my bachelor’s degree and am looking to serve a family full time. I am comfortable caring for multiple siblings, managing household tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying, and I have my own transportation for school pick-ups, drop-offs, and errands. I am CPR certified, a former competitive water polo/swim athlete, Read more and can even provide swimming lessons. In addition, I enjoy supporting academics—whether that’s helping with homework, homeschool lesson planning, or working with both English-speaking and non-English-speaking children on math and literacy skills. Above all, I believe in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. I look forward to partnering with a family and becoming a dependable part of your children’s lives!
