I have been employed by the NYC DOE for the past 5 years and also work in several private preschools. I have all teaching certifications for grades prek-6 and have worked with children with special needs. I am licensed in first aid, CPR & AED. I have a 13 year old son and two small dogs. For recreation I enjoy biking, reading, swimming, yoga. I think it is important for children to have outdoor time to run around in the park, spend time with peers and have quiet reading time. Our children all love video games and tv but I think this should be in limited amounts.
