Greetings ♥️ I have cared for and worked with children for over 20 years, in addition to having raised 2 adult children myself. I know what it’s like to want safe, good influences around your children, and I am a perfect fit for families that want a caring, kind, fun and loving, in addition to protective caretaker assisting with their children. I am well seasoned in handling all age ranges and my personal motto is “There are no bad children.” Our children learn from their environment and influences and they deeply seek love, attention and respect, just as adults do, and I would dare say, even more so. My favorite thing to do with kids when I’m watching them is to have Uno championships and playing Connect Four. I love watching how strategic they become as they learn the multiple strategies available to them while playing. Coloring books, artistic renderings Read more and face painting are also my go-to activities, keeping children entertained without depending solely on television and video games. I am a go-with-the-flow caregiver however and have learned a little compromise is necessary to have be successful in childcare. If the child doesn’t enjoy interacting, I can be a support in the background. If the child prefers video games only— as long as the parents/guardians are ok with it, I am all about supporting parents and encouraging the children to stay on track with whatever good activities their families have determined to be “healthy, ok and safe”. I love children, and I am enthusiastic to be a support for your family in your times of need.
