I am a 22 year old college student at SUNY New Paltz and I have been caring for children in various capacities for approximately 10 years. I have had experience with “date night” sitting, full-day summer childcare, and after school pick up which included transportation to and from activities, preparing meals for the kids, and homework help. In addition, I worked at a summer camp and after school program for several years, teaching martial arts to children ages 3-14. I have superb references including parents whom are teachers, lawyers, business owners, and the Judge for Putnam County, all of which would be enthused to share their satisfaction with my childcare services. I am certified in first aid and have completed several courses in (child) psychology. I believe it is important to maintain a routine with children as well as to integrate learning into play!
