Hello. my name is Daisha and I went to University of North Carolina and studied Human Development and Family Studies. I am a paraprofessional and work with grades 1st-5th. I have worked with children ranging from age 5 months to 5 years old. As a teacher's aide I established a safe play environment for the children, organized and engaged in recreational activities such as games and puzzles, promoted language development skills through reading and storytelling, and assisted the lead teacher with snack time, arts and crafts and putting the children down for naps.
