I mainly babysat for one family back when their kids were little. One was in fourth grade and one was three years old. Both were absolutely full of energy but I was able to reign both kids in calmly yet firmly. I believe it’s important to treat children with respect, but also to not let them run completely wild. I also have experience babysitting my older cousin who was born high on the autism spectrum (non verbal), so I am able to properly care for children with autism. I am capable of cooking or baking most anything because I grew up cooking, and I enjoy incorporating the kids while cooking. I do not have a license but I plan on getting one before I graduate this June, for now however, my mom is willing to drive me wherever. Additionally, I am CPR certified.
