Kayla contacted us to inquire about our nanny position. We interviewed her and liked her enough (and were in need enough) to offer her the job on the spot to start the following Monday. She accepted and told us she would see us on Monday. Just before her "start date" she emailed us to tell us she had found a better job. Why on earth would she accept a job and agree to starting the following Monday, if she was considering another job? Seems sneaky to me. I would be careful with Kayla, if she again appears on Sittercity.
