I am a Nervous System Specialist (NTS) working with competitive fencing athletes ages 10 and up, helping them improve performance by strengthening the connection between the brain, body, and movement pattern communication under stress. My work focuses on regulating the nervous system so athletes can process stress efficiently, react with precision, and maintain consistency during the high-demand competition. By addressing how the nervous system responds to speed, uncertainty, and fatigue, I support athletes in developing better focus, faster decision- making, and resilient movement patterns that translate directly to competitive success. In addition to my performance with athletes, I have extensive experience as a Case Worker in a residential treatment facility serving children ages 8 to 13. In this role, I provided direct support to youth with emotional and behavioral challenges, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and implemented individualized care plans focused on safety, regulation, and long- tern development.
