Hello! My name is Sophie and I currently teach Special Education at a local public school. I graduated from the State University of New York while majoring in Inclusive Special Education with a minor in Psychology for Children with Exceptionalities. I have certified teaching licenses for Special and General Education from both New York and Virginia. I also took the English Language Praxis exam in Fall '20, in which I was able to receive an EL teaching endorsement as well. My undergrad was based around grades 1-6, but I have experience with PreK-grade 8. I have a master's degree in- majoring in Special Education with endorsements in Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Social-Emotional & Behavior Wellness.
