My previous job experiences come from employment at Herkimer ARC, Otsego ARC, Pathfinder Village and Springbrook. I have a lifetime of experience living with and working with adults with developmental disabilities growing up with them in my Mom’s Family Care Home. My knowledge and experience in this field grew from my first employment with the Herkimer ARC followed by employment with the Otsego ARC, attending certified classes to be a residential home care provider, and employed by Springbrook and Aim Services, Inc. I am a very active person and enjoy caring for others in a professional and compassionate manner. I am a positive and upbeat person, I have a lot of patience, I am a hard worker, flexible, very creative and I do find myself a very organized and highly motivated individual that is up for any challenge.
