I have been a camp counselor for the past 5 years, including this upcoming summer. I will be working part-time in the morning as a camp counselor in Pleasantville, NY from 9 - 12am. I have worked with a range of ages from 4 - 10 in a summer camp setting. I have worked as a babysitter for a 8 month old, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. As a babysitter I have worked with a maximum of two at a time however, I have experience working with large groups of children as well. I was an assistant teacher at a dance studio for 5 months during the teacher's maternity leave and worked with groups of 5 - 8 children, ages 5 - 9. Recently, I spent 2 months interning in a kindergarten classroom in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
