I am currently seeking a part-time babysitting opportunity. I have over 6 years of experience working with children of special needs as a respite worker and teacher assistant. The emotional well-being of children is important to me; which is why I'm patient, compassionate, and a great active listener. My goal is to help children reach their maximum potential, by promoting positivity and friendly behavior. I am currently a pre-school teacher assistant at All Aboard Child Care Center. Some of my duties are: •Reinforcing daily routine •Encouraging self-directed play •Implementing positive discipline •Maintaining cleanliness of classroom and of children •Providing notes of children's daily activities to parents •Observing and recording children's milestones; motor, social emotional, cognitive, self-help, language, and literacy development
