We interviewed Ann Mari this past week and she came over to meet our children. After our meeting, she was offered the position and accepted. All hours, rates, etc were discussed at our meeting. A couple of days later I requested an enhanced background check and MVR after confirming via txt with Ann Mari that she would indeed be taking the position. Ann Mari accepted to background and MVR check via sittercity. The next day I received a txt from her stating that she wanted more hours than we were able to offer and that she would in fact be declining our position. This was extremely frustrating as we had paid $80 for the checks and believed that we had filled our child care needs. While I can appreciate needing more hours, the terms of the childcare agreement were reviewed and confirmed prior to and after she had accepted this position.
