Hi! Brenna here! I’m one of the oldest in a family of seven, and have cared for children from newborn to Highschool ages (paid and unpaid) my entire life. In addition to babysitting experience throughout my childhood, I was an education major at Columbia Greene Community College and transferred to The College of Saint Rose, where I nearly finished my certification to teach English 7-12. I have worked as a counselor at The Hudson Afterschool program in the Jr. High for a couple years, and was a counselor in The Bard Basketball Program one summer. I recently finished a term of enlistment in The United States Navy and have worked in a friend’s restaurant since my honorable discharge, but I would love to go back to working with children! I love to be creative and active, and feel right at home encouraging the exploration and education of young minds!
