Laura is everything you hope for when searching for a nanny. She is kind, patient, communicative, respectful of family dynamics, and takes initiative within the gray areas that are inevitable! During our time with Laura she was reliable and on time. She came each day with a friendly and positive attitude, which really started our days off on the right foot. She was so great with our toddler daughter, and was a pro at navigating her throughout her day. I was very impressed by her strategies in getting her to eat her food! We had the unique experience of having Laura when we worked out of the house and then when we began working from home due to the pandemic, and I can say that she maintained complete flexibility within that which I was very grateful for. It is certainly not easy to be a caretaker when the parents are home as well. We unfortunately have to part ways with Laura as we are moving out of the area, and I wish we could just bring her with us! We will greatly miss having her as a part of our family, and I highly recommend her to any caring family that is in need of a nanny. Truly can't say enough about how great she is!
