We made arrangements for Melanie to start working for us. Called her the day before her start date to go over the details- no answer to texts or numerous phone calls. She did not come on her 1st day either. We are both working professionals and rely on the babysitter to be there so we can go to work. She could have called and told us she was not coming. Instead, my wife had to take some time off work while we are frantically looking for solutions!! Do not get involved with Melanie!
