Hello! My name is Allie, I'm a 23 year old recent graduate of SUNY New Paltz, living in Kingston NY. I am an advocate for children's health and am passionate about providing an outlet for children to expand, grow, learn, play, and create. Over the past 7 years I have worked with children ages 0-15 as well as young adults ages 17-21 with developmental disabilities. My experience working with young minds of varying cognitive functioning has taught me both patience and humility. I have cared for children in different settings including private care, summer camp, and in the classroom. I have always felt that children have so much to offer to teach us as adults. My experience working with children has taught me many new skills while reacquainting me with my inner child and the wisdom that already exists within.
