Hello everyone! My name is Sherley Volcimus I first started off by babysitting my two younger siblings. Teaching them many learning skills, such as colors, numbers, alphabets and shapes. I provided them with personal care such as taking baths. I cooked and prepared all their meals. Afterwards I worked in a daycare for two years, working with children from infants through five years old. I prepared their breakfast, lunch and snacks. Teaching them letters, numbers, colors, alphabets, shapes and singing nursery rhythms. We also done many creative arts and craft projects. We will take the children for morning walks and during the afternoons. Afterwards, I went on to work as a teacher's aide at Cerebral Palsy of Westchester school program for two years. I worked with children with Cerebral Palsy and children who has many medical disabilities. I helped and provided the nurturing care that they need. I'm currently working Read more at John A. Coleman school for one year now, with medically sick children who are in early intervention, preschool and school aged. Working with children has always been a blessing in my life and providing the necessary care to them is my goal.
