Hi! My name is Zara Rasul, and I am currently a sophomore at Rice University, majoring in Social Policy Analysis and Education with a 4.0 GPA. Regarding my babysitting experience, I have two years of paid experience as a camp counselor at the YMCA, where I worked with children aged 6-10. In this role, I collaborated with co-workers to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the center. I established positive relationships with both the children and their families, fostering a supportive and engaging environment. I was responsible for directing activities, volunteering at events, and providing attentive and nurturing care in a classroom setting. Additionally, I regularly communicated with parents to provide updates on their child's development. I absolutely loved this job because I got to form such sweet connections with the children while both playing and learning.
