After a face to face interview, where we communicated that we needed someone as soon as possible, she never replied to our subsequent text messages or phone calls. Her reference never answered the phone or returned our call. Very unprofessional and unreliable. If she was not interested in the job, a simple text message or returned voicemail would have sufficed. Beware.
