I am in college to become a future teacher, studying Early Childhood and Childhood Education (I will be certified in birth-6th grade when completed). I am a full-time student looking for an extra money. I started out as a mother's helper for two boys when I was about 13 years old. Their ages at that time were about 2 and 5 years old. I've continued to work with this family whenever they needed help for about 2 years, continuing being mother's helper as well as babysitting during evenings. I stopped when the kids were about 6 and 10 years old. Today, I work with children 4 days a week (mainly girls) at a dance studio ranging from ages 2-12 years old. I am an assistant dance teacher for 10 dance classes. I have worked at a daycare over the past two summers (2013-2014) with kids ranging from 16 months to Read more 5 years old. I will be working at a summer camp for the summer of 2015 teaching both boys and girls of all ages movement/dance.
