Hi! I am a high school graduate from Clarkstown High School South, and I am attending college in the fall. For the last two years, I’ve cared for my friend's siblings (who are now 8 years old and 12 years old). I also cared for an elderly man with cancer for one year. My experience babysitting my friend's siblings included homework help, reading to them, playing board games, and taking them to the park. As a big fan of crocheting, I taught the younger sibling crocheting and now she avidly crochets scarves. I love doing arts and crafts with them such as crocheting, drawing, and painting. Attending an accelerated medical program in the fall, I am looking to go into pediatrics and develop my experience in caring for children ( I drive to Westchester everyday in the summer to research with a pediatric endocrinologist at Phelps Memorial Hospital).
