I am a former Community Support Specialist or a community social worker, I use to work at the Children's Village. I unfortunately lost my job due to Covid-19. I use to work with youths who have mental health issues, developmental disabilities, and who are medically fragile. I am also a former teacher. I worked as a teacher's aid at BOCES in the Kaplan Building. In this school district, I worked with kids who were developmentally delayed. The school's primary focus was to teach our kids how to be independent. I'm a very patient and compassionate person who cares a lot for others. I really enjoyed working as a social worker. I miss my field and i'm eager to work and help others.I'm a hard worker. I take my job very seriously. I always want to help people. I've been in this line of work for 6 years.
