Kim babysat for us for 2days/week for 6months until we moved out of the area. She was extremely reliable and formed an instant bond with both of our kids (1year old and 3 years old). She is incredibly loving. She stuck to a tight schedule to make sure naps were at the same time, with daily trips to the playground. She would plan arts and crafts and followed the local library for special activities. In addition, she helped with tidying up after activities, kids laundry, and dinner and baths. I would highly recommend Kim and plan to use her again whenever we return home.
