I recently received my Masters in Social work and am committed to the healing and empowerment of children. As I spend the summer preparing for my licensure exam, I am excited about the opportunity to also create fun (and safe!) memories with kids. I am extremely creative and energetic and love doing arts and crafts projects and dancing in imagination land. I have had a lot of experience working with youth, from a day care with infants to three year olds, to being a day camp counselor, to leading theater workshops in South African townships to teenage girls, to babysitting my (5 years) younger sister my entire young adulthood. Additionally, last summer, prior to leading teens on a service learning project in Ecuador through the international YMCA, I received my red cross first aid certification. **References available upon request**
