I am a 26 year old graduate of Shenandoah University with a BFA in Acting. I have loved children and animals as long as I can remember and have recently taken a huge interest in the culinary arts as well. I currently care for an incredible 10 year boy and have been with his family for the past year and a half but at this juncture am seeking employment elsewhere. At a young age I used to babysit my Flute and Voice Teacher's younger children during my sister's lessons. I spent one summer in high school being a daily babysitter for a four year old boy and a two year old girl. The following year I took an internship through my school where I assistant taught Kindergarteners at a school in my district where I spent most of my time privately instructing one boy on the letters of the alphabet Read more and counting to 100. In college, through my degree, I took a course in Teaching Methods of Theatre which was essentially teaching a whole slew of children's theatre games to my class. I love to play and am not afraid to get my hands dirty as well but am also very skilled in class work and should be able to help out with most homework. I grew up with very large dogs and currently have a cat so I am used to taking care of animals in all shapes and sizes. I am willing to cook and clean and would love to hear from you.
