I recently relocated to work for my husband's job. Before that, I was a middle school teacher for 21 years with a degree in elementary education and English certification. Working with kids has always been a passion of mine ever since I was a little girl teaching the neighborhood kids in my basement. In addition, I also tutor all students in reading, English Language Arts, and math (math - up to 7th). As a teacher, I was recognized as Teacher of the Year, and I was Department Chair for the English Department. Later in my career, I was the school's Reading Coach where I was able to work with kids of all backgrounds helping them to become life-long readers.
