Hi 👋🏾My name is Keisha. I reside in the local area of East Harlem. I am a mother of one son, whom is over 18 years of age now. I also have a small dog, so friendly furry friends are ok, even cats. I graduated from New York Career Institute with an Associates degree in Medical. I’m looking for part-time but a long term family. I’m flexible and can adjust accordingly to accommodate you. I’m smart, patient, trustworthy, energetic, communicative caring & kind. I’ve cared for infants, toddlers and school-aged children for over 20 years & I absolutely have a genuine passion for it. I’ve also worked with special need, I’ll & disabled children. If your child is one of such, It would be helpful and appreciated to please advise me before an interview or a booking. I am CPR certified and have knowledge of multiple medical devices. I love Read more the fact that I can be helpful to families that are in need of assistance within the household to care for the children and do any after school activities and duties that is needed, such as accompanying the child/ren to playgrounds, play dates, library, museums or any other activity of your choice. I also don’t mind doing some cooking, light tidying up such as dishes, laundry or even sweeping and vacuuming. I know to make sure the children’s room and play area is tidy after use. I’m very attentive and I’m NOT on my electronic devices while on duty. While on duty, I interact by reading books with them, helping with homework, tutor in their weak areas, playing board games, doing coloring activities or other fun & educational activities to keep their minds stimulated. I’d be happy to do a phone or FaceTime interview at no charge or an in-person interview at the cost of the hourly rate that you’re offering. If you’d like to book me a week or more in advance, a 50% of the total rate payment must be made at that time to secure and lock-in those days. My calendar is not always up-to-date and accurate so I would appreciate if you would message me first to see if I’m available before booking me or scheduling an in-person interview. Safety always comes first and I can assure you that your child/ren will be safe in my care. Thank You 😊
