Meet Linda

  • Comfortable with pets

Hi! My name is Linda, and I’m a senior Strategic Design and Management student at Parsons School of Design. I would describe myself as passionate, thoughtful, optimistic, loving, and fun! Growing up with a brother with Down Syndrome and Autism has given me a lot of experience in caregiving: from more technical care needs such as feeding and dressing, to playing games with him that encourage communicational and cognitive skills. Because I have been able to take care of someone with a fluctuation of behaviors, I believe this qualifies me as an experienced caregiver. Not only do I have experience with those with special needs, but also children ranging from ages 2+. I have also worked with multiples before. I truly love kids and want to be more than just a nanny/babysitter for them. I love taking kids to play at the park, read at the library, walk around, or Read more just stay home! I find that it’s easy for kids to feel comfortable and listened to around me.
