Hey I'm Tierra, 24 year old DOE substitute teacher as well as working actress, I've been in child care for around 4 years. I've also worked in my family daycare prior to going to college for anthropology. I worked for a foster care agency, Heartshare after school program for young children where I had to care for a whole class of young elementary age kids. My duties consist of but not limited too; •Planning, preparing, and implementing an approved curriculum that includes language studies, math, art, or social studies. •Overseeing daily lesson plans and activities that focus on developing children's social and motor skills. •Assisting children with assignments and homework, such as reading, writing, and math. •Interacting with children to provide guidance, emotional support, and motivation to complete tasks.
