Hi, I’m Fanta! I’m an NYU nursing student with a strong passion for childcare. I want to be a Pediatric NP or NICU Nurse so I decided to babysit in my free time. I’ve been babysitting for over 9 years now, working with kids of all ages. Right now, I’m taking care of a 12-month-old girl. And I worked with a 14 month old girl, 6 y/o boy, 8 month old boy, and 2 y/o girl. I’m the oldest and only girl of 4 so I took care of my brothers at all life stages. And I worked as a Center Assistant at Kumon last summer! I like to keep things organized and make sure the kids I watch are safe and feel supported. I’m also super adaptable, open-minded, and really try to connect with each child in a way that works best for them. On top of that, I’m fluent in English, conversational in French, and fluent in Bambara (Mali’s native language). I can help with homework too—especially math up to 9th/10th grade and English assignments. I’m pretty flexible, and I always stay on top of communication to keep things running smoothly.
