Hi, my name is Yaylin and I’ve been babysitting since I was 15. I grew up with younger siblings and cousins so I grew to love being around kids and bonding with them. I have previously worked in neighborhoods like Hell's Kitchen, Upper West Side, Harlem, Tribeca, Washington Heights, Inwood, and Parkchester where in most of my previous jobs I have watched two kids at a time. The kids ranged in age from 6 months old - 12 years old. I am very patient, observant, compassionate, and reliable. I am a foodie so I will be able to cook for the kids, prepare snacks, help out with household chores and laundry, aid in errands, assist with homework if needed, take the kids to fun activities or parks or any clubs/programs they're involved in. I can also entertain the kids if needed but overall make sure they're safe and well taken Read more care of. I am also very well with pets- cats and dogs- whom I also have experience caring for. I am a recent college graduate and I am flexible with scheduling as long as I am made aware in advance. I do not have a driver's license but I am very good at navigating the MTA transit system. I am bilingual so I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am First Aid/CPR certified as of January 2024.
