My extensive experience of working with children of various ages in different settings provides me with a strong background of working with children. While in college I worked as a substitute teacher in the United Nations Child Care Center. After receiving my degree from Hunter College, I started to take classes to pursue a degree in Occupational Therapy. However, while working at the Country Childrens Center directing before and after school programs, I realized my true passion was in teaching. In the fall of 2013, I started my Masters for Early Childhood and Special Education at Manhattanville College. Since then, I have worked at the Westchester Exceptional Childrens School as a one-to-one aide for young children.
