I grew up in Pennsylvania. I attended Middle Bucks Institute of Technology for Early Childhood Education there. I graduated in 2005 with a 4.0 GPA. I was employed by a licensed daycare facility in Bucks County, Pa for four years. I worked with children ages six months to thirteen years. I also babysat for one family on a full time basis and part time for many others. I later attended an art college outside of Pittsburgh. While in school, I worked as a children's library assistant. My duties included reading to children and assisting them in arts and crafts projects. I also helped to run the after-school program for under-privileged children in Westmoreland, County (Pa). In the past i volunteered for a reading program for children with reading difficulties and from that grew my love of being a reading tutor. I really enjoy working with children. Kat filled in for our regular sitter and took excellent care of our 2 year old this summer. She is punctual and playful, very comfortable with our family dog and eager to involve our little guy in baking. She is an avid reader and her enthusiasm for storytelling is an asset as she was able to engage my son while I was at home and was able to distract him when it was time for me to say bye bye. Bonus, she always cleaned up while he napped and offered a special play date rate.

Kat has been a fantastic babysitter for my 5 year old son and 7 year old daughter. She is always punctual, responsive, and extremely conscientious. My son has food allergies and she is very careful about ensuring his safety. She always makes my kids laugh and they are excited whenever she comes. She often brings great craft project and is very creative. Kat also loves reading and shares that enthusiasm with my kids. She is consistent in carrying out the dinner/bedtime routine and my kids respond really well to that. We are very happy to have found her!

We had an understanding that she was coming to meet my family at 6:15pm. She even replied with sure in a text. Then she never came. Unreliable and a fake is what I get from this. She just wasted my time. I wouldn't even give her another chance.
