I'm 27 years old and I've been babysitting since the age of 15. While I don't have professional training, I've had much experience caring for many types of kids and I currently work part time at a home daycare. In the past, I've helped kids with behavioral issues such as hitting, screaming and sibling rivalry. I encourage learning games and expressing oneself through the arts, music and language, which I believe to be important in the development of a child. I think I love babysitting because it comes so naturally to me. And I think that's why kids so easily welcome me as a babysitter. I don't come there to be feared but to teach and be a friend and role model.
