Since starting caring for children almost 4 years ago, I fell in love with children and caring for them. I began this by volunteering at St. Margarets school at their after-care program, helping children with homework and watching them until their parents arrived. Through this, I met a family that I babysat 4 of their children ages 2-8 on weekdays and weekends, playing with them and disciplining them when necessary. I followed this with babysitting for 2 other children over the summer during senior year of high school, watching them all day, preparing meals and transporting them to various activities. Recently I have been nannying for a newborn, helping the mother with various things around the house, and getting the baby down for naps became my specialty! I am now a sophomore in college studying nursing, so caring for people is definitely a big interest of mine.
